All orders processed online at the Moon Bourne online store constitute an agreement to the below policies and terms & conditions.

At Moon Bourne, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason your piece isn’t quite right, we are pleased to offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the below conditions are met.

Refund Eligibility

Items are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags remain intact and attached
  • The garment has not been altered in any way

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email moon@moonbourne.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions. After the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • All returns must be sent via a secure, trackable shipping method
  • Moon Bourne is not liable for lost or stolen return parcels

Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and not laundered
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached
  • Any items returned that do not meet these conditions may be declined

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at moon@moonbourne.com as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and arrange a resolution.

Exclusions

  • Archive Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return

Additional Information

  • Moon Bourne reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • Failure to provide accurate order information is not the responsibility of Moon Bourne

Christmas Extended Returns:
All orders during December will have an extended 2 weeks return period.

Archive Sale Terms and Conditions:
All items included in the archive sale are strictly FINAL SALE and are ineligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. Please note some items may have slight imperfections such as markings, stains, rips or holes.
