Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Processing times may vary depending on order volumes. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified via email.

During peak periods (including Boxing Day and major product launches), dispatch times may extend to up to 15 business days.

Australia Shipping

Standard Shipping (Flat fee: $9.99, or FREE on orders over $100)

• Available to all major cities.
  
• Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days after dispatch.
  
• Please allow additional time for rural or remote areas.

Express Shipping (Flat fee: $14.99, or FREE on orders over $200)

• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch. 
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence once your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Missing Orders

Responsibility & Liability

MOON BOURNE is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, delays caused by shipping carriers, or orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched and is in the care of our shipping partners, responsibility for delivery lies with them.
